Skirt Pants

My daughter has reached a stage in her young life where she has very strong opinions aobut the clothing that she wears and has her own sense of style and comfort. She loves leggings and tees. Yesterday I made these leggings following this tutorial. I made them a little differently by using a legging pattern and then cuttin gout a basic A-line skirt that fitted onto the waistband of the leggings. The result is a pair of leggings with a very girly twist.... and she absolutely loves them. It is a bit hard to see in this picture but there is a little ribbon bow with a crystal sewn into the middle of it nestled in the first row of fluff and also a "Made for a Little Princess" label on the leg.
