I made these outfits using a Newlook pattern that I had posted pictures of earlier (red and white spotted outfit) and then changed it by adding the tie at the side and elastic around the legs of the pants. I used ric rac around the hem of the top. It makes it so much easier to hem rounded edges. These outfits look really sweet on our youngest DD.
